These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of goatsconsults.com (the "Site") and the marketing, automation, and consulting services (the "Services") provided by G.O.A.T.S. Consults LLC ("G.O.A.T.S.", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access it by automated means, interfering with its operation, or using it to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.

2. Services and engagements

Specific Services, deliverables, fees, and timelines are governed by the separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter) executed between you and G.O.A.T.S. for each engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement document, the engagement document controls.

3. Communications and messaging

By submitting a form, booking a consultation, or initiating chat or text contact with us, you consent to receive communications from G.O.A.T.S., including email and SMS messages, for the purposes of responding to your inquiry and providing Services. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and code — is owned by or licensed to G.O.A.T.S. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted.

5. Third-party services

The Site and Services may include or integrate with third-party tools and platforms (for example, GoHighLevel, Netlify, scheduling and SMS providers). Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

6. No professional advice

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. You should seek your own qualified professional advice for decisions that materially affect your business.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any specific marketing, traffic, or revenue results will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G.O.A.T.S. and its officers, members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold G.O.A.T.S. harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
